Lots of things can be said but sadly at the end of the day only the animals pay the consequences of irresponsible people. I pray her puppies are found and rescue. What a sad story.

We found one that we thought had puppies. After taking her to the vet he said a breeder probably dumped her and kept the puppies. She was starting to get hip dysplasia. The chip showed owners were in Garland and used a vet in Kaufman. After being contacted by our vet by leaving a message they took their name off chip. 😡
