PLEASE HELP US FIND BRUCE We are absolutely heartbroken and desperately trying to find our cat, Bruce. He is my daughter’s cat, and we have had him since he was just a kitten. He is so much more than a pet to us. He is part of our family, and my daughter is devastated. We were traveling home and stopped at Yadkin River Park so the kids could stretch their legs and use the restrooms. While we were stopped, Bruce jumped out of the car and ran. We searched as much as we could at the time, but unfortunately the park was closing and we had no choice but to leave. I have since driven back and have been searching the trails, woods, parking areas, and everywhere around the park and surrounding area looking for him. I have been walking the trails and checking every place I can think of, hoping I’ll see him or hear him. I’m not giving up on him. Bruce has NEVER been outside. He is strictly an indoor cat and has absolutely no experience being out on his own. We are terrified that he is scared, hiding somewhere, and doesn’t know how to find his way. He is an orange/ginger tabby named Bruce, and he has a very distinct lump on the right side of his neck. That is one of the easiest ways to identify him. If you are anywhere around Yadkin River Park or the surrounding area, please keep an eye out for him. Please check under cars, porches, bushes, sheds, or anywhere a frightened indoor cat might hide. If you see him, please don’t chase him. Take a picture and contact me immediately. Please share this, even if you aren’t in the area. Someone seeing this and knowing what to look for could be what gets him home. My daughter has had Bruce since he was a tiny kitten, and she just wants her baby home. We are heartbroken, scared, and exhausted, but we are not giving up on him. Please help us bring Bruce home.
