I live in the Waterways and here is an ad regarding what I believe is your bird: Anyone lose a parakeet? Have one hanging around our unit for 2 days. Have it in a cage. Definitely domesticated and not a monk parrot per our Vet. If it's yours call 631-872-2827 or 631-921-2085.
