Jackson is very friendly and he knows his name! He was born 7/18/2021, so he's only 3 years old. He's a talker! If you say his name he'll usually meow back! He likes to rub on things before he comes up to you, and then he'll rub on you :-) So he's shy and friendly at the same time. He doesn't mind being picked up and held under your arm. He's a real love bug! Our hearts are heavy and we're worried about him. We miss him so much! If you know anything at all please let us know. Thank you so much!

Here's another pic of Jackson (at the top) and his brother (at the bottom). They look very similar in markings, but Jackson has more brown in his coat.

Let your neighbors know - post flyers. Go out looking at dawn and dusk, and after dark - use a flashlight and look for eyeshine. Think like a cat and check all the hiding places - he may be trapped in a shed or garage. Put his cat bed and dirty clothes or blanket that smell like you outside your door to help him smell his way home. Good luck.

Try putting his bedding and your dirty clothes outside. If you ever get him back, keep him inside and get him microchipped.

If you haven’t done so already, please post on Nextdoor for your surrounding neighborhoods. File a lost report at petcolove.org .Put up flyers all around your area and beyond. Check the shelters and Craigslist. Contact the azHARTT.org for help. They are an amazing, experienced group of volunteers that will do everything possible to help you find him. Fill out their online request form and they will contact you. Shared.
