2 year old, female shiba is missing. Her name is Keiko and she has a faded pink collar on her neck, information tag was lost. She is extremely friendly and will go up to strangers if called.

Yes unfortunately Keiko was back at the shelter, but has been adopted by a foster. Two people claimed ownership of her, she was not released into their custody. I believe one did go to the shelter and one did not. If this is your dog please contact the shelter. She is with a foster family and that foster family would like to find its rightful owner.
