My heart goes out to you. Report lost to local police and Humane Society. Also if not found right away, be sure to visit the humane society in person on a regular basis. They try their best, but are dealing with many animals, and photos and descriptions can sometimes be mistaken. Also post on Lost Dogs of Wisconsin. They reach a very large network. Use their site to create a flyer for distribution (very important), use their tips, and a caseworker will also be assigned. Do not chase or call out. Even though they know you, they can be in survival mode. Sit or lie down, toss tasty treats, and have them come to you. Also legimate experienced rescue groups like Get Toby Home can be a very valuable resource.
