Otto is a 14 year-old senior. He is a diabetic and needs his insulin. He cannot see or hear very well and can also be a little wobbly on his feet at times. He is chipped. He is very loved and very missed. We are begging anyone who lives in the area to please check their property. Please help us get Otto back !!
