Kristina Wenberg THIS DOG IS CHIPPED. The finder took him to a vet and the vet called the owners, but the FINDER GAVE A FALSE PHONE NUMBER to the vet. Is THAT who should have the dog? The woman DID NOT say that it's not her dog. Why would you make that statement?
