Brenda Johnson North There is more to the story, and I believe the dog will be reunited soon with the owner he loves. I agree the guy was careless and likely was drunk. He did take public accountability for it and apologized. I don't think the cops are necessary.

Thank you for keeping him safe , the man does not need to have him , he sounds like he has hurt and left him before , he needs to be reported to police for animal abuse ( there are bad people out there be sure if owner shows they have good ID and that man does not get him ) Many thanks for the card and love you have given this fur baby 🙏🐾❤️
