Casper came t me he found me.. so I fed him daily.. and b4 i could catch him a little black cat showed up and a how a man described her as a frumpy looking woman with a Hyundai feeding both cats blk and white.. mind u she knew I wanted casper.. she said she had 2 cats at and no room 4 more.. but as she put it they would be ebony n ivory.. so she came back and took them both. So she stole my casper.. whom I just loved.. he came when I called or whistled.. so miss frumpy looking girl.. please let my baby go.. so I may bring him .. I must not be frumpy.. u see Casper came t me.. u needed a cage.. so please cut my boy loose.. I would be ever so greatfull.. I look 4 him daily..

Put some old clothes outside make sure you didn't wash them though and put some cat litter out that's the cats

No he has not been returned t owner.... Casper.. n if u must know Casper was outside its where he found me.. and b4 I could catch him t bring him home where I have plenty of room 4 him.. someone one whom described this person as frumpy.. stole him from me.. u see once a person. Feeds a feral cat.. it is considered.... yours.....
