Mary Beth Lowdermilk McCoart thank you for the pics. I can't confirm if it's him, the face is similar but not quite as squished and Fasa has a very pink nose....hard to tell. He has been out for so long that he may be thinner, dirtier, and lost some hair. Does the kitty respond to Mufasa? I know you said it runs from you when you go out so not sure if you've tried the name. Yes, please message me and I will come out. I'm not too far from Kernersville. No stress, whatever you can do to help me confirm is so appreciated.

Allison Varnadore I am feeding. Will attempt trapping within the week. It runs if I step outside. Did see the white under the chest but could not snap a picture. I have too many Vet appts and my own health appts first of week to trap but soon. Can I PM you if / when I get the baby? This one does have white paws too

Allison Varnadore I could not tell if it had white on the chest but I do see a little white on front paw. I’ll be keeping an eye if it comes back and look for white chest. Has Mufasa been fixed? Also face and fur around face is not as fluffy as your boy but if he has been roaming since April he would have thinned down.

He looks a bit like my Mufasa that went missing back in April. Mufasa has white paws, chest, and white on his belly with big fluffy tail.

TALK to neighbors… 🐾Any vet’s office will scan for microchip for free. 🐾Not everyone is looking for their lost pets online, so it’s important to TALK to neighbors in the area. 🐾Check pawboost for LOST pets; and list kitty as FOUND. 🐾Contact shelter with description and location: may be first place family is looking. 🐾Posting "found cat" on a simple cardboard, along with your phone number, posted close can be extremely helpful. Have any caller identify kitty FIRST (though most are, some people are not good and will claim pets for unkind reasons) 🥹💖 And THANK YOU for caring enough to Act and help make our community a safe and caring place for everyone, especially these vulnerable animals, who rely on humans for their care 💗
