Small dog, silver and white, no collar, no microchip. Very skinny, missing hair, matted hair, covered in fleas and blind, vet says 7 to 8 years old. Be prepared to show proof of ownership and have a good explanation for the vet and AC as to how/why the dog is in such bad condition.
