Message from Owner

Please she is an indoor outdoor cat she is a senior cat who always stays in my neighbors yard or my yard she never wonders off for over 10 years her and her son have never went missing they live indoors but also go outside for sun to warm their bones we think someone took her we have asked everyone her litter box is outside please if you know anything no questions asked just return her to me please my neighbor is really upset she’s had this cat for like 12 years! She is fixed. Very old. She was seen last night outside lounging but never came inside to go to bed and we haven’t seen her since. Can’t find her body anywhere that’s why we think someone took her we really want her back

What to do if you lose your Cat 1. Search all places inside and around your house as cats can hide in small places. 2. Shake their treat bag and softly call their name. 3. Search at dusk and dawn with a flashlight as the light will pick up their eyes. Outside they tend to hide under shrubs, under porches, in open sheds & drainage ditches. You can shake their treats while looking outside too. 4. Put something with your scent on it outdoors, on a porch or deck if possible or in a garage with the door cracked. Sometimes the scent brings them home. You can also put out their litter box but depending on where you live, it could attract predators. 5. Post on nextdoor & Ring Neighbors app. 6. Post on pawboost. You can download a free flyer here. 7. Make a lost pet report to all the local shelters especially in areas that have close boundaries. 8. Post on FB Lost & Found Groups 9. Post on PetFBI site and use .org as the ending. 10. If chipped, report to chip company but don’t forget to change status when your cat is found. 11. Ask your neighbors to check their garages and sheds. Your cat may be coming around the house late at night.
