Oh my goodness ,extremely sad this poor baby was out in the heat. This is not good .!we all must diligent in this extreme heat with our pets not letting them out for long periods of time or roaming about and check on people to during this extreme heat .hoping he will be ok .thank you to VCAS and all those involved in getting this poor baby out of this heat and to safety .
