Call 311 and reported that it's been in your yard and you need help for them to rescue them and find them a loving home or a shelter for animals and also you could report call 911 and tell him they left the dog behind and it's been there for hours or days try to find out the owner so that you could file a complaint and they could probably put them in jail for being cruel to the animal and living it behind with no water no food and it is so hot out here no shade please report it as soon as possible maybe you could save the dog and I'll find him a someone that could adopt him or her please don't give up and thank you for trying to rescue the dog from this heat
