Create a scent station in your front yard. Small dogs don’t go far. Place the dogs, bed, water, and the owners dirty clothing. With the hopes that they’ll smell their way back. Check all local rescues, shelters, animal, humane, and animal control. Put flyers up all around your neighborhood
