No collar but he is microchipped! Microchip is registered to Athens Clarke county animal services, not an individual, so am hoping to find his owners here. I have him in a spare room in my hse. Please reach out if this sweet baby might be yours!

Deborah Stanley Yes! All the microchips are in their PetPoint software along with adopter information, or if they were pulled by a rescue it will note that, and the rescue should be able to search their records.

Contact ACC Animal Services. They should be able to tell you who he is and the adopter's info.
