I've been seeing this baby for a couple of weeks now roaming around The Palms apmts. I'm not sure if he/she was abandoned or if they are just an indoor/outdoor cat. They aren't wearing a collar and won't come close enough to pet.

File found cat report with the Virginia Beach animal control. If you can contain him, they will come get him and check for a chip and they will take him back to the shelter if he is an indoor cat and he’s escaped there was a very good chance he won’t survive.
