This little guy wandered up to our door on Monday, we're unable to keep him and hope we can locate his owners. We will have to take him to PACC later today if we can't locate his owners.

Any vet will check for a chip at no charge. That way maybe you can find the proper owner.

I think the best idea is to take him to PACC where they can vaccinate neuter and chip him. And then they find a suitable a suitable adopter. Thank you for helping him out.
