Message from Owner

My cat Enchilada is missing, he is only a year and a half old. He’s very friendly just very skiddish around people he doesn’t know, might run away from you if you try to approach him but he won’t attack. I rescued him when he was just a kitten, he was under my hse and sick and skinny and I brought him back to health and I was letting him go outside because he was wanting to and he would go out and come back but one day he decided to stop going outside (I think something got after him and scared him) but one night I was letting my dog back inside and left the door open while I went to get him off his run and he must’ve went out of the hse then. I would’ve closed the door if I knew he would’ve went outside and not come back, I didn’t even think he would go outside considering he was scared to go back outside. My other cat is a tuxedo cat named Cosmo and could possibly be hanging out with enchilada if he knows where he is, maybe enchilada is just too scared to come home?? I want my baby back tho he means everything to me and was my first ever cat.

Karen Jacobs I will do!! I have his old litter outside and some of my things, I will put some shoes and pillowcases outside for him to smell as well. Me and my boyfriend are going to go looking for him later tonight with our big flashlight we have. Thank you!

When my boy went missing, my vet encouraged me to make a central back to my home for him. I put out his favorite toy, bedding, litter box cleaned, or not, preferably all in a fenced yard, or in the garage with the door up just enough for kitty to get in. They hide during the day. Cats are nocturnal so he will be out at night time. He said to also put a used pillowcase of the owner and some of the owners old shoes.
