Any info on ANY black cat is a possible sighting, he DOES have medical needs, he is on urine food for his bladder and he also uses and inhaler and nebulizer. He needs his St/Ox food otherwise theres a chance his urethra can block up and it will be fatal, please help me find my fat boy.
