Message from Owner

Please help me find my cat, Buddy. He got out mid July 2026 and I had a lost pet ad on Hamilton County shelter which just expired but he is microchipped, and registered with Petwatch. Unexpected restoration for flood (unrelated to recent flood) caused a lot of commotion and he got out. He was last seen by me in Foxchase subdivision at 79th and Fallcreek Creek 46256 where he lived. Location above is where someone is pretty sure he saw him. When I adopted him 2025, he was only four years old by dental exam. The shelter does not know how long he was wandering before found in December 2024. He had only just been neutered at shelter after I adopted him. He was very friendly and approachable, but could be so scared now -suspect he took off farther when ambulance arrived in neighborhood and the bad weather after that. I’ve Had cats for many years and this is the first time I’ve lost one. Injury this year, kept me from being able to pursue him as physically as I wanted to but I put things around the hse that were his and walked around with a flashlight to no avail for many weeks.. On 9/27, I saw a post on Nextdoor and that is the “last seen location” because a person who reported seeing him, is pretty certain it’s him. He has not been declawed, was up on all of his shots and flea and tick medicine in July 2026 when I lost him. Went there and called for him and left item in area. Looking for others to be on the lookout for him. Would be ever so grateful if someone finds him and he is scanned. Petwatch says they will be alerted, and I will be called by them immediately. Thank you very much for any help.

🚨Lost cat tips please try these tips. Immediately set the litter box outside your door stir the litter box to release the scent out into the air faster as well. Dirty fabric item blankets, cat bed with your home. Sent outside your door along with food water covered from weather. Cats can pick up these scents 1 to 2 miles from home. Also, look under all nearby bushes. Sheds decks, cars, indoor cats don't typically roam far from their home. Use a flashlight at dusk. Eyes will glow. Be sure to post as lost on Indianapolis, Indiana - Lost Dogs, Cats & Pets - PawBoost , IndyLostPetAlert.com the nextdoor app and neighborhoods ring app township county, social media group pages prayers for a safe return❤️‍🩹🐈
