🐕🐈Notify the shelter as lost on their website or on 24PetConnect- search there with a 200 mile search radius. Petcolovelost post & use their image recognition search tool & search 200 mi search radius.
Post on Nextdoor app, Pawboost, Petfbi, Craigslist and Lostmydoggie. Facebook groups for your city and surrounding areas, plus the lost and found groups for those areas too. There are several groups so post and keep searching through the groups. Notify the microchip co as lost & update your info.
CATS: Set out your dirty laundry basket so kitty picks up your scent. Search 3-6 AM w a flashlight in trees and hiding places. Consider trapping your cat. Never set out a litterbox as cats are also prey & they cover their waste as to not attract predators.

Riverside: RCDAS has 4 shelters- Jurupa, San Jacinto, Coaca and Blythe. There are other shelterstered throughout Riverside County. Animal Friends of the Valley.
Moreno Valley: Moreno Valley Shelter & RCDAS SHELTERS (4 listed w Riverside).
San Bernardino: SBC, Devore. Ck Rancho. If in or near Fontana, Rialto or Colton then can also go to RCDAS shelter- Jurupa. They also send to their other shelters San Jacinto, Coaca and Blythe. ➡️Jurupa also has a back building w no public access & not all animals get photographs. Coaca can send to DHS.
SBC Shelter sends animals to Apple Valley. Ck Lancaster & Palmdale too.
Ask neighbors, Check homeless areas. Signs out bc not everyone goes online- 2 mile area from where lost. Signs around schools & parks. Flyers to vet clinics & pet stores. ➡️Go to all shelters.Ck animals in ISO. Shelters may keep animals with no microchip for 3 days from date of intake. Some people that find animals may do nothing bc they dont know what to do, so keep up the search. I hope you find your pet soon!
