BILLY may love being outside and I’m sure you have taken all the steps to get him home again and should that materialize PLEASE CONSIDER KEEPING HIM IN. It's obvious you love him, miss him and want to keep him safe. There are so many reason I could list to NOT let your cat roam, but I'm sure you have heard them all. A cat tree by a window, a bird feeder and bird bath outside and some toys inside and you know for sure he will always be safe. You gamble with your cat’s life every time you let it outdoors. Is it really worth it? If you love them keep them inside. My wish for you and your special pet is that he comes back home. GOOD LUCK ❤

Check the Mississauga Animal Services website- found pets section, in case he’s found and turned in to their shelter. Put up posters all over the neighbourhood. Go out and walk the area at night while calling for him and shaking a bag of treats. They can hear you better at night and usually aren’t too far from home. Good luck!
