So do you think you can catch him if you have some treats? Then you can take him to a 24 hour Veterinary clinic and get him checked for a micro chip. Call Animal Services as well - his family maybe calling around and asking about him. I'm so glad you spotted him - I sure hope you can catch him. Try real meat - something that has a strong smell like bacon.
