Description
Pure white cat with jade eyes. Tail has faint gray raccoon stripes
Message from Finder
He's a super friendly cat who seems to be used to humans and being touched. Does not have distinctive tomcat cheeks but he retains his parts so im inclined to believe he's neutered. Usually hangs around in one area of the street and has visibly dirty ears and paws.
