A family pet wouldn't have a huge heavy chain around her neck and live in a small 6' x 8' pen. If you think thats how to treat a dog that is a family member, than you have a lot to learn.... Ill bet some local Samaritan took her home and brought her inside and gave her a soft beds to sleep on...

Hope this dog finds a home better than this. How in the world did this dog escape with a tow chain locking it up. It honestly is way overboard for a pet you consider Family 😳
