Chan'nel His'Queen Smith this dog needs a new owner period. Dogs should never be kept outside that’s not what they’re for. It’s inhumane to begin with. If a dog isnt going to be an active part of a family then that person has no business getting a dog. It’s honestly mind boggling to even comprehend why so many people get dogs just to chain them up outside and not feed it. Sounds like a sick and twisted personal satisfaction to me.
