Nah ImGud no dog should be living outside, would that heavy of a chain on their neck, or that skinny. Period. Let me guess are you the owner since you’re the only person on this thread who seems to be offended by the things we’re saying

Someone call the investigators who look into animal cruelty if this dog is found. Under no circumstances should this dog be going back to where she came from.
