Nah ImGud a picture says 1000 words. How would you like to walk around with a collar that thick and a chain that thick. And did you look in the other pen? It looks like there’s a dog up against the fence cowering. Please this dog doesn’t know, love. And I hope the dog catcher catches him instead of the owner

Heavy chain & collar, inadequate outdoor house, no bedding, not even grass. Hoping there was at least water in that dish. Hope she stays safe & finds a better home.

Nah ImGud the dog was also in a fenced in area so why a chain, there is no grass, just dirt, I feel sorry for the poor dog!! That is my opinion, you don’t have to agree!!
