Poor baby ,way too thin and needs a home where she can be on the couch cuddling not chained up with a huge collar on her neck in a crappy backyard

Nah ImGud unnecessarily large uncomfortable collar, an actual heavy chain that looks about 6 feet, which seems redundant with the fence .....indications the dog is left outside with that bare box shelter for extended times. A picture with the dog inside as family would have been better, but they are probably caged when inside too.

No dog should be chained. Buy a nice big chain kennel so he can't get out Or fence the yard in. He looks like he lives out there. Poor boy
