Had his puppy collar on, was too tight for him. Seems like he’s been missing for awhile. Will be taking him to the humane society or caring hearts later today.

Were you able to loosen his collar? I saw a dog that had to have a collar surgically removed. I hope his owner notices it. It's so hot outside. Did you offer him some water? He looks like he's panting, the poor thing. It would help if you could add the cross streets of where you found him. I don't know where Weiss is. Any veterinarian office can scan for a microchip for free and no appointment needed. Put some found dog signs in the area and make sure the person claiming the dog has proof of ownership....photos or veterinarian records etc. Put a post on the neighborhood Nextdoor maybe someone will recognize it and know who the owner is. Please don't take to the overcrowded shelter it could be euthanized after the 3 day hold if not claimed by owner. Hope the owner is found soon 🙏
