Black medium sized dog with purple harness

Hi everyone *NOTE: photo provided is a dog that LOOKS like the dog I saw, I was unable to photograph the dog when I saw him/her I was walking on Clendenan & Glendonwynne at 11:20 and saw a medium sized black dog with a purple harness on. The dog was running erratically across the street and I could tell that its owners weren’t nearby. I tried to calmly approach to see if I could ge get ahold of its harness, but it was very fearful and ran away through the old lawn bowling club. The dog also had a chicken carcass in its mouth and I was worried about it eating the chicken and getting sick. I tried to find where the dog went, but I lost sight of him. If anyone is missing a dog, I would suggest looking around in the Humberside area. If anyone has any other recommendations on who I can contact for animal rescue, please let me know.
