My dog was illegally released to an unauthorized 3rd party. I am the only owner of spunky . Rosemead public safety he'd him and allowed a friend of my daughters to pick him up . She was only an emergency contact on his microchip. My daughter is angry and an alcoholic so she won't tell me where he is . I'm suing rosemead public safety . And I'm pressing charges on Josh the unauthorized guy that took my dog. A judge will be issuing an order for him to disclose my dogs location. Whoever has my dog will also be facing legal consequences if that person doesn't come forward on their own . If a rescue has him and doesn't do the right thing I will make it my mission to have them shut down . I'm pressing this everyway I can . Please if you have seen him or you have him please call me .
