I saw a parrot on the power line along Highway 90 (main st) and the Beltway 8 feeder near the border of Houston and Missouri city on my way home today 6:55pm but wasn’t able to stop and take a picture.

Maybe need improvements inside of cage ; the pice of tree branch it’s to short for safe perching for poor parrot !!!
