Looks like a French Bull Heeler

We have posted this dog at least a dozen places.scanned for micro chip-none. Followed 2 dead end leads, reported to local law enforcement, posted flyers. I must rehome him as I presently have 4 if my own and it is a bit high maintenence with all the furbabies. Looking to rehome asap after required waiting period.
