Looks like a young tree Swift. That's what we call them I'm not sure of the real name. If you keep him and you want to buy him food go to the pet store and they will give you what they call mealworms. That's pretty cool that he let you pet him or she. I know when they get older their bellies get a real pretty fluorescent color.
