Shared. Go out late at night & early in the morning when most quiet outside & call his name. Take flashlight & treat bag to look all around your yard, bushes, garage, shed etc. Most cats don't typically go too far from home. Ask neighbors to check in their sheds, garages etc. Maybe put out a live trap & trail camera outside your house. Don't give up, be diligent! I hope you find your sweet kitty soon.

When my cat escaped, I put a live trap out by the door in the garage and left the garage door open about 6-8" with cat food in it. The trap didn't go out till day 7, & that is the night she returned around 2am, in the trap. I don't believe they go far from home because they are scared and at night time (middle of the night) when quiet is when they feel safer. If you use a trap, monitor frequently & you could put a blanket covering the back part of the trap with your scent & maybe contact CAHS about borrowing a cat safe trap. Go out with a flashlight late at night and you might catch the light reflection in your cats eyes. Prayers for a quick return.

Go around late at night calling them with food and flashlight to catch their eyes. Check around your neighborhood under houses and in small places where they may hide. Put stuff out that has yours and their scent on it. Mainly their litter box and sprinkle their used litter around the yard as they'll recognize the smell and it'll deter other animals from coming around. Hang flyers around for people to see. Check shelters and vets daily. Update chip info if they have a chip and its has not been update since a move. Ask neighbors to check in their garages incase they ended up trapped in one and to check their cameras in case they appeared on them to get a sense of direction they could be. I pray you get your baby back safe and soon.
