Try to trap and have a vet or MedVet scan for a microchip. Also, it may be a stray. Maybe ask Colony Cats for help for advice and resources. Columbus Humane also had a spay neuter program for stray cats. I’m working on doing that for several cats in my area.

Are you able to take I. For now? Feed and give fresh water? Able to get it looked at by a vet to check the bloated stomach and the wound? If you need low cost vet resources, or rescues if no owner is found, message me. Thanks.
