I saw a homeless person in the 90031 zip code near the st Vincent de Paul society thrift store with a dog that looked just like this , it was tied to a wrought iron fence . Quite a distance from your location but you never know . I know that some homeless people steal people pets for profit .

Keep checking the shelter in person because online they don’t show all dogs might take weeks or months to be taken to the shelter so keep checking every week
