All black cat, looks skinny and very young maybe under a year and I think it’s a female

I’ve seen this little kitty on my ring camera a few times and it looks skinny to me and I think it might be a girl. It has come up to my landing but runs away when I put food out but will come back to eat it. It worries me because there are foxes and a few male cats around that I don’t know if they’re fixed or not and I would hate for this one to have babies. I hope she is someone’s pet, she seems like she could be and if not she could become one easily. I live in Alexandria and if anyone is willing to help rehome or find a place for her please let me know! I am not able to take her into my home.
