Too many dogs getting loose in this town! Pet owners, please put a collar & informational tag on them, have them chipped etc. We all know things happen beyond our control at times but for the pet owners that just dump them or leave them out for someone else to take care of, Do yourself & the rest of us a favor & Don't get any more pets because YOU don't deserve them & THEY don't deserve your treatment!
