Lisa Ann Michael nooooope it is a pic of the found dog, that looks all crazy dirty. The pic in the car I'm guessing is the owners. Well those dogs have crazy wild hair already I know my client had one.

Lisa Ann Michael the owner is missing their dog so it's been weeks so yeah I'm sure the dog would be all dirty and with matted hair especially being on the streets. Dogs do roll around on the ground and walk through mud etc geesh so give the owners some slack. I'm sure if you lost your dog ,they wouldn't look like they just came from the spa after being on the streets for weeks 🤦🏽‍♀️
