I just want my dog back safely. My dog was last seen inside CVS with this man, who picked her up and drove away. Lost/stolen pets should be reported to the authorities immediately. They are considered property and any person who finds said pet and doesn’t attempt to contact the proper authorities can be held liable of theft by finding.
