Thank you for caring about this sweet kitty❤. If you could bring him inside somewhere safe, and give him food and water, that would be great. Most vets will check for a chip for free. Also, you could make big, in-your-face fliers and post them around the neighborhood. Check with neighbors to see if they might know who the owner is. Post on your local Nextdoor.com. if no one claims him, please consider taking him to Simply Cats (a wonderful no- shelter) or the Idaho Humane Society. Thank you!!🧡
