If you find a dog PLEASE...... Keep it secure indoors and contact the shelter as soon as possible, to let them know you have the dog… That is the ONE place EVERY owner that cares looks, while many are not on social media or assume the worst. Also any Vet will check the dog for a chip for free. Thanks for helping the dog.

First thing to do is have the pup scanned at a veterinary hospital or shelter for a microchip.
