They have been finding Dogs like this. CK Detroit DACC Shelter Ferry St Detroit. Detroit Humane Society. GO there. One was Found similar on 8 mile Hoover Rd. Start Posting in Oakland Macomb Counties. Contact Rescues with picture. There Rescuing Dogs like this in this Weather. 🙏♥️
