The pup is not chipped. I have had no response from any posts/flyers. At this point I am quite sure he was dumped. There is a person who is active in Fresno animal rescue (vetted) who is interested in him and I am holding on to him until the hold period is up before re-homing. Seems like a great dog... I just don't understand why someone would dump him (other than he is a typical unruly adolescent).
