This doggie wound up under our car on 6/11, and would not budge. Very y! Several of our neighbors had tried to capture her, scouted the neighbors for owners, and provided food treats and we gave a bowl of water. No go. Just growled. We had to call animal control. So, this little thing is at Pinellas County Animal Services. We live near Eagle Lake Park. Case number is 9574560 and her number is 61173494. Phone number is. They tried scanning once caught but at the time they could not find a chip. I was told picked up animals are held for 3 days and then determined if they are adoptable. Older doggie and very scared. Please share.

called this morning.They are transferring her to a rescue. I was told that due to some kind of law, they cannot tell me which rescue. It could be anything from the ASPCA to any of the local shelters. Because she's being sent to a rescue. No one is able to foster at this time. From what I was told when they are still a little spicy and have some behavioral issues, they will go to a rescue. One of the folks at animal control had her hanging out in her office. They have been trying and sounds like they will keep trying when she goes to the rescue. Still a tad spicy. They think she will become a really sweet dog, once her trust issues are resolved. They named her Cassidy.

She was supposed to be scheduled a spay. Hopefully this happened Friday. I believe within the next week if everything goes well she will be up for adoption. Customer service closed on Friday and will reopen Monday.
