Scrappy was lost on May 27th. Someone by the name of Sam Malloy has found him and is with him as he has posted him on the Nextdoor app but is not cooperating to give back Scrappy. Instead, he is trying to rehome him. We have proof and are ready to get Scrappy back home. The only information we have is that Scrappy was found a STREET away from his hse in Dallas and the person’s info on Nextdoor. He is missed dearly, please help us bring him home.
